First Annual Grand Gala at the exclusive Diamond Mills on Partition St. in Saugerties, we will
have , a complete sit-down dinner, coffee, tea and dessert.

Join us for a special night of Hope and support of the Hope Rocks Mission which is to create communities which is responsive to the epidemic of hopelessness resulting from addiction and mental uncertainty.  We will also feature a silent auction with some must have items, raffles and some fun surprises!!!

Hope Rocks Festival Activities

The Hope Rocks Festival is back to continue its mission to demonstrate the power of hope in the face of epidemic addiction and suicide.  It features an assortment of music, food, vendors, presentations, information, attractions and activity.  

It is home to multiple activities for all ages.  In addition, the festival will hold a motorcycle rally and ride, softball tournaments, volleyball tournaments, and a 3 on 3 basketball tournament. (

Manorville Spirit Softball Tournament - A men's modified pitch tournament and a a Co-ed  "Round Robin" tournament featuring teams from places of business, friends or families.

Denzel and Jacob 3 on 3 Basketball Extravaganza- Double elimination format. Tournament is all weekend beginning Saturday at 8 AM at the Cantine Complex. Three on three half court basketball for five divisions.  All participants must have proof of age to participate in respective divisions.  Younger players are encouraged to play up to their closest aged division.  U13 Girls, U13 Boys, U16 Girls, U16 Boys.  Adult Open Division is open to all players, each team must have one female player on the court at all times.  Roster size is a minimum of four players in all divisions.

Manorville Spirit Co-ed Volleyball Tournament - "Round Robin" format.  Tournament is all weekend at the Cantine Complex beginning Saturday at noon. 6 players per team,   Saugerties Athletic Association summer Volleyball rules.  No age restrictions.

Hope Rocks Motorcycle Rumble - This motorcycle rally will leave the Cantine Complex on and commence on a 60 mile testimony of the raw power and thunder of hope and healing along beautiful roadways specifically selected to provide the riders with awe and peace.  There will be a stop at Woodstock Harley Davidson.  The ride will end with a return to Cantine Field where specially selected bands will be keeping the good times rolling.  Please register prior to the festival.  We are collecting a token fee, though larger donations will not be refused.

These activities are for the sole purpose of enjoyment. 

There is no prize money offered to the champions.  Champions, as well as all teams will be recognized for their achievements, but the outcome of the tournament is not the focus of this opportunity.  Play hard, play fair, and play for the pure enjoyment of the competition.  Players and teams who have difficulty with this concept will be removed from the contests and no refunds will be offered.

The Manorville Spirit Softball tournament is a pool play format followed by single elimination.  Modified pitching rules are in effect, absolutely no windmilling or whip pitching allowed.  In the men's division, Wooden bats will be used exclusively and bunting and stealing are allowed.  In the Coed Corporate division, it it a round robin-tournament with each team playing at least two games. There is no stealing while wood and single wall-aluminum bats are able to be used.

The Manorville Spirit Volleyball tournament is a 6 person Coed double elimination tournament, whereby a minimum of 2 females must be on the court at all times per team.

The Denzel and Jacob 3 on 3 Basketball tournament is a half-court "winner's ball" game whereby the ball must always be returned outside the 3 point line on all change of possession rebounds.  These games will use the "honor system" of refereeing (self-reffed) with an impartial referee on hand to decide on all disputed calls.  There will be a limit of two disputes per 15 point game. "win by 2" format. The adult division is an open co-ed tournament.  All teams must have at least one female on the court at all times. U13 Games will be to 11, and actively officiated.

All participants will sign a waiver prior to the competition agreeing to the rules and the "play at own risk" policies.

The Hope Rocks Rumble is a motorcycle rally and ride on Sunday August 19 starting at Cantine Field and following a 60 mile route around Ulster and Green Counties with a stop at a local bike shop.  Registration at 11:30, stands up at noon.

The Hope Rocks Objective: To create an environment which stimulates, inspires and creates a responsibility to empower each other with hope through a weekend of offerings and activities which show the goodness and interconnectedness of people. A weekend which provides those who struggle with issues of mental and social uncertainty a connection where previously little or no connection was perceived.

These activities are created to demonstrate the best of what we can be. The facilities provided at the Cantine Complex are considered among the best in the nation. The purpose of the Hope Rocks Festival is to demonstrate the power of hope, dreams and goodness to self and others.

The behaviors, actions and attitudes of all participants will wholly reflect the objectives set forth in this festival. This is a festival aimed at bringing help to those who struggle with self worth, addiction and depression. This is about shining goodness and offering assistance to those who find despair a constant companion.

This is an alcohol and drug free environment. Possession of either will result in your removal from activities.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you demonstrate a willful and premeditated acceptance of these general expectations.

All fees and profits go directly toward the financing of this festival and objectives.
